I am looking for info on Rome "Romulus" Thompson. He died in Duplin County Jan !8, 1929 and was buried in the Calypso Cemetery. He was born in Johnston County June, 1848 to Harry Thomson and Milly Collins. Harry Thomson and Milly Collins Married in Johnston County March 2, 1835. Rome married Ursula Jernigan in Wayne County July 16, 1872. Also, Harry and Milly were buried in the Cailpso Cemetery. The cemetery was plowed over.

I am looking for the family and ancestors of Josiah LEE and his wife Anna ROGERS. Josiah moved to Screven Co., GA. I do believe he returned to NC. Josiah was born in the c1770-80s or later. I am looking for information on Romulus "Rome" THOMPSON. He was born in Johnston County in June, 1848 to Harry Thomson and Milly COLLINS. Harry and Milly married in Johnston County March 2, 1835 with Lewis THOMSON as the bondsman. Rome married Ursula JERNIGAN July 16, 1872 in Wayne County. Rome died in Duplin County January 18, 1929 and was buried in the Calypso Cemetery.

I would like to know more about my great grandparents. Felix K. Pickett b. cal 1874 and Susan Cottle b. cal 1879 m. abt. 1898. Do not know his parents. Susan Cottle's father was Ed Cottle. This is all the information that I have on them. Believe this family to be from Chiquapin NC and later moved to Wilmington sometime 1920. Have found them on the 1920 Census for New Hanover County.
