I have a conflict of sources about the parents of David C. KORNEGAY. One gives David KORNEGAY ca. 1780/1800 and Charity O'DANIEL and the other gives William KORNEGAY and Elizabeth OUTLAW. Need clarification. In addition, I need David KORNEGAY's parents information and I would like to find the parents of Frances Ann KORNEGAY who was married to Blaney WILLIAMS. She was b. about 1829 they married prior to 1847. I believe Blaney Williams was the grandson of Robert WILLIAMS and Mary Harper. Which one of their children was Blaney's parent? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would like to find the grave of a Pearcy or Pearsis BYRD buried in Pender County. She was the daughter of William BYRD and Jemima MURPHY of Duplin County. She was born between 1835 and 1855. Hopewell Presbyterian Church Cemetery is a possibility. If located would like to know location and tombstone inscription.

I would appreciate any help in this area. I am looking for Daniel Herring's parents & so forth on up the line. I am a Herring descendant living in Texas & would love any information anyone could provide. Daniel HERRING was born 11-25-1782 in Duplin Co., NC, married Fanny CREECH in 1864 in Randolph Co., NC & he died in Illinois somewhere. I think his father's name was Sherwood but that's all I have to go on. I don't have his wife's name or either's dates of birth or death. Please help!
