Chief in and over the said Province

To Ann Snell, Michael King, James Kennan and Robert Martin Greeting

You and every of you are hereby strictly ordered and directed personally
to be and appear before me in Council at Wilmington on the first Tuesday
in February next then and there to Testify the truth of what you know
in a Certain Charge then and there to be made against the Rev'd McWilliam
Miller Minister of the St. Gabriel Parish of and in said County of Dupplin
By Joseph Williams Esq'r in behalf of the inhabitants of said County

Therein you are not to fail as you shall answer the Contrary at your peril

                                   Given under my hand at Wilmington
