    William Salmon, Jacob Herring, Lewis Gavin, James Wilkins, Samuel Gavin, Thomas Brewer, 
    King Vann, Charles Gavin, Wynne Nance, John Smith, Nedham Chesnutt, Ezekiel Watson, 
    Marius Cook, James Brewer, William Rice, David Chesnutt, Stephen Brown, Ephrain Barden, 
    Stephen Vann, Theophilus Merritt, Joseph Nance, And Uzzel Herring Work On The New Road 
    From West End aT The Bridge Across The Main Run Of The Six Runs To The Old Road, And 
    That William Vann Be Overseer.
