Election for Genl. James KINNION as a Senator and that he Doth possess the
lands that he voted from By a Lease for fourteen years two of Which are

lands that he voted from was an endorsed fifth part of a Parcell of Land
which had been Estimated at 100 Acres more or Less Left by his father George
HOLMES. Sworn before me.

Zacheriah TURNAGE being Sworn sayeth that he Voted at the last annual
Election for Genl. James KINNION as a Senator and that he Doth possess the
lands that he voted from is a Deed for forty Acres of Land more or less
tohis Wife by the Name of Concey WARREN and a bond for ten acres to her by
the same Name and this Deponent [smeared] that he Verily Believes the
[faded] Forty Acres [rest is smeared]. Sworn before me.

voted from a part allotted to his Wife as a Dwoer from the Estate of her
former husband.

he voted from was Eighty Acres for Which he hath not a Title in fee. Sworn
