Appointed William Stokes Jr., Guardian to Anna Murphy, Elisabeth Murphy, Easther Murphy & 
Henry Murphy, Children of William Murphy, he gave bond of 2,000: Ordered he take Estates of 
said four children into his possession."


Ordered Executors of Timothy Murphy, deceased, upon application of 
William Stoakes, Guardian to Anna, Elisabeth, Easther & Henry Murphy, Children of William 
Murphy do deliver to said William Stoakes all papers, Notes, bonds, Monies &  Property of Estate 
of said Timothy Murphy which is in their possession & take his reciet for same."
