Obituary of William Earl Cottle ~ 1970

Wallace - William Earl Cottle Sr., 46, died Tuesday at his home, Rt. 1, 
Beulaville.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. at the Community Baptist Church 
in Chinquapin officiated by Rev. Ralph Kennedy. Burial will follow in 
the Jacob Cavenaugh Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Marie Hunter Cottle; one daughter, Mrs. 
Evelyn Thigpin, of Wallace; three sons, William James Cottle and Jeff 
Cottle, both of the home; his mother, Mrs. Callie Cottle, of Beulaville; 
two sisters, Velma Lanier, of Kinston, and Mrs. Lena Mae Heath, of 
Greensboro; two brothers, Ellis Cottle, of Holland Springs, Va., and 
Elbert Cottle, of Jacksonville, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Active pallbearers include Tete Brinkley, Norman Kennedy, Earl Kennedy, 
Berry L. Mobley, Bennie R. Mobley, and Charles Epley.
