Funeral Service for Rossie Wallace, 72, of 118 Daly Blvd., Mount Olive, 
will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at New Jackson Tabernacle Church in Mount 
Olive. Pastor Roosevelt Herring will be officiating. 
Burial will follow in the Oakview Cemetery.
Mrs. Wallace died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. 
She is survived by her husband, Tim Wallace of the home; four sons, Alfred 
Washington, Ricky Wallace of New Haven, Conn., Johny Robinson of Dudley, 
and Timothy Wallace of Miami, Fla.; nine daughters, Doris J. Raynor, 
Clorinda W. Bell, Pamela D. Wallace of Mount Olive, Lynette Robinson of 
Baltimore, Md., Sandra R. Boyd of Springdale, Md., Patricia A. Bowman of 
Wilmington, Julie W. Oates of Willow Springs, and Rebecca M. McKinney of 
Smithfield; thirty-four grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren.
The viewing will be today from 3 until 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home.

The funeral for Rossie Wallace, 72, of 118 Daly Blvd., Mount Olive, was

and Timothy Wallace of Miami, Fla.; nine daughters, Lorene Strong of 
Goldsboro, Doris J. Raynor, Clorinda W. Bell and Pamela D. Wallace of 
Mount Olive, Lynette Robinson of Baltimore, Md., Sandra R. Boyd of 
Springdale, Md., Patricia A. Bowman of Wilmington, Julie W. Oates of 
Willow Springs, and Rebecca M. McKinney of Smithfield; and 34 
grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
The viewing was held on Sunday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home.
