Obituary of Norma Lee Albertson Lanier ~ 1988

Harrells - Mrs. Norma Albertson Lanier, age 73, of Route 1, Harrells, died 
early Monday morning, Dec. 26 in Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw after 
a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the graveside in 
Rockfish Memorial Cemetery conducted by Rev. Donald Coley.
She is survived by four brothers, Drew Albertson, Milton Albertson, 
Clayton Albertson and Tommy Albertson, all of Harrells; two nephews, Jimmy 
Albertson of Willard and Harry Albertson of Harrells.
Born in Duplin County, Mrs. Lanier was the daughter of the late Quincy 
Owen and Lula Cottle Albertson. She was predeceased by her husband, 
Charlie Lanier and her son, Broadus Lanier.
The family will receive at the Padgett Funeral Home of Wallace from 7 to 
8:30 p.m. Tuesday and will be at their residence, Route 1, Harrells other 
times.
The body will remain at the funeral home until 9:30 a.m. Wednesday when 
it will be taken to the cemetery for the service.
