Melissa Beth Clark Fowler, age 39, died Monday, September 11, 2006. 
Gravesdie memorial service was held Friday, September 15 at Catlettsburg 
Cemetery in Kentucky. Visitation followed at Kilgore & Collier Funeral 
Home in Catlettsburg. 
Survived by: husband, Lt. Col. Gary S. Fowler; 2 sons, Benjamin Clark and 
Timothy Holbert; daughter, Jodie McGuire; parents, Billy C and Ruth Ann 
Bocook Clark of Farmville, Virginia; brother, Billy C Clark Jr. and wife 
Bridget of Greenbay, Virginia; many aunts, uncles and extended family. 
Preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mason and Bertha Hewlett 
Clark and maternal grandparents, Delbert and Ethel Brown Bocook.
