Obituary of Mary Ellen Cavanaugh ~ 1963

Wallace - Mrs. Mary Ellen Cavanaugh, 89, of Rt. 2, Wallace died in the 
Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville Tuesday morning following a lengthy 
illness.
She was a native of Duplin County and a member of Pin Hook Free Will 
Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. in Pin Hook Free Will 
Baptist Church by the Rev. Bruce Bond and the Rev. K. B. Brown of Burgaw. 
Burial will be in the Henderson family cemetery.
Survivors include eight sons, Fennell Cavanaugh, Steven W. Cavanaugh, 
Adell Cavanaugh, Walter Cavanaugh, Bud Cavanaugh, Sidney Cavanaugh of Rt. 
2, Wallace, Cyrus A. Cavanaugh of Warsaw and Carroll Cavanaugh of 
Magnolia; two daughters, Mrs. Annie Brown and Mrs. Myrtle Sholar of Rt. 
2, Wallace, 37 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; three great-great-
grandchildren.
