Marsden E. Savage, Wilmington painter, died at his residence at 22-G
Nesbitt Court early Friday morning, following a sudden illness.
He was 40 years old.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Andrews mortuary.
He is survived by a daughter, Juanita Savage of Wilmington; two brothers,
Joel Savage and Jessie Savage of Wilmington; and by six sisters, Mrs. C.
D. Morse of Bladenboro, Mrs. George Kaletus and Mrs. F. Wood, of
Washington, D. C., Mrs. Marion Batten of Henderson, and Mrs. Z. L. Brown
and Mrs. E. Carr of Wilmington.

Funeral services for Marsden E. Savage, Wilmington painter, will be held in
the chapel of Andrews mortuary at 2 o'clock this afternoon by the Rev.
Jessie Hillman.
Interment will be at Tin City.
Mr. Savage died at his home at 22-G Nesbitt Courts Friday morning after a
brief illnes. He was 40 years old.
Pallbearers will be G. D. Morse, Ralph Connor, Elkie King, Norman King,
Isiah Savage and Franklin Daniels.
