Obituary of Margaret Cavenaugh Teachey ~ 2001

Wallace - Margaret Cavenaugh Teachey, age 90, died Sunday, July 29, 2001, 
at Golden Care.
Mrs. Teachey was born January 6, 1911, in Duplin County and was the 
daughter of the late Henry and Della Bradshaw Cavenaugh.
She was predeceased by her husband, George Dixon Teachey.
She was a member of Poston Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Martha T. McGlamery and husband John of 
Morehead City; son, James F. "Knott" Teachey and wife Sue of Wallace; 
five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; 
two special nieces; a special nephew and brother, James E. Cavenaugh and 
wife Aileene of Columbia, S.C.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Poston Baptist Church with the 
Rev. Jimmy Creech officiating.
The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Quinn-McGowen 
Funeral Home, Wallace.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to Poston Baptist Church, 
4121 NC 11 S, Wallace, N.C. 28466.
