Obituary of Lucy Caroline Norris Clark ~ 1987

Mrs. Lucy Norris Clark, widow of Eugene B. Clark of Hampstead, died 
Saturday.
She was born in Duplin County, N.C., November 12, 1909 the daughter of 
the late Hardee E. and Luola Cavenaugh Norris.
Mrs. Clark was a charter member of the Winter Park Pentecostal Holiness 
Church and was retired from Sunshine Laundry after 35 years association.
Surviving are three sons, Phillip B. Clark, of San Francisco, Calif., 
Robert E. Clark of Rocky Mount, N.C., and H. Russell Clark of Wilmington, 
one sister, Mrs. Lura Norris Register, of Wallace, N.C., Also five 
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11 O'Clock at the graveside 
in Greenlawn Memorial Park by the Rev. Ray Ward.
Memorials may be made to the Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 5221 Wrightsville 
Ave., Wilmington, N.C.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5 until 6 p.m. at 
Andrews Mortuary and at other times at the home of her son, H. Russell 
Clark, 2220 Camellia Drive.
