Obituary of Mary Ann Henderson Sholar ~ 1963

Wallace - Mrs. Ida Parker Sholar, 72, of Rt. 2, Wallace, died early 
Tuesday at her home here following a long illness.
A native of Duplin County, she was a member of the Oakdale Pentecostal 
Free Will Holiness Church.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p. m. Wednesday at the home to be 
conducted by the Rev. K. D. Brown of Burgaw. 
Burial will be in the Powell Cemetery near here.
Survivors include her husband, McKiver Sholar; three sons, Denver of 
Wallace and Ray and Winfred Sholar of Holly Ridge; one daughter, Mrs. 
Florence Mobley of Wallace; three brothers, Eli, Alonzo and Tom Parker of 
Wallace; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Henderson of Chinquapin and Mrs. Laura 
Lanier of Wallace, 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
