Obituary of Frank Landon Cavenaugh ~ 2004

Mr. Frank Landon Cavenaugh, age 80, of 3987 South N.C. 41 Hwy., Wallace, 
died Thursday, January 8, 2004, at his residence. Funeral service will be 
held at 11:00 a.m. today from Padgett Funeral Chapel. Rev. Henry Cavenaugh 
and Rev. Roland Cavanaugh will conduct the service. Burial will follow in 
Cavenaugh Cemetery.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Carlton of Richmond, Va., and 
Mrs. Willie H. Wells of Fayetteville; one brother, Samuel M. Cavanaugh of 
Lumberton; and several nieces and nephews.
A native of Duplin County, Mr. Cavenaugh was the son of the late Roland 
Cavenaugh and wife Vada Hanchey Cavenaugh. He was preceded in death by his 
wife, Adeline Fisher Cavenaugh.
Casketbearers will be Andy Cavenaugh, David Cavanaugh, Gerald Hanchey, 
Wade Hanchey, Stewart Wells and Marcus Cavenaugh.
Visitation was Friday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral 
home and at his residence, 3987 South N.C. 41, Wallace, other times.
