Obituary of Felix Carter ~ 1998

Jacksonville -- Felix Carter, 75, died April 29 at his residence. 
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Gaskins Funeral 
Home chapel in Jacksonville with the Rev. Gene Kennedy and the Rev. Terry 
Heath officiating. Interment will follow at Onslow Memorial Park. 
Survivors include his wife, Rozelle L. Carter of Jacksonville; three sons, 
Danny Carter of Hillsborough; Dennis Carter and Douglas Carter, both of 
Jacksonville; two daughters, Norma Kirkland of Farmville and Iris Claus of 
Jacksonville; two brothers, Ernest Carter of Beulaville and Earl Carter of 
Richlands; two sisters, Mary Murphy of Richlands and Lizzie Weeks of 
Swansboro; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
