Obituary of Fannie Mae White King ~ 2005

Jacksonville - Fannie White King, 76, died Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 
Craven Regional Medical Center in New Bern. Funeral services will be 
held Sunday, 2 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church with her cousin, James 
Franklin "Knott" Teachey officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview 
Memorial Gardens in Wallace.
Mrs. King was a nurse in Dr. Henry Gerocks office for many years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Elmore King.
Survivors include two daughters, Gail King of New Bern and Jo Lynn 
Bratcher and her husband, Ralph E., of Florence, SC; sister, Betty 
Matthews of Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the 
First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 400 Bayshore Blvd., Jacksonville, 
NC 28540 or to the charity of your choice.
The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. 
at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
