Obituary of Durant Williams Smith ~ 1996

Rose Hill -- Durant Williams Smith, age 74, died Tuesday, November 19, 
1996, at home.
Surviving are his wife, Maxine L. Smith of the home; his mother, Earlie 
Mae Smith of Warsaw; three daughters, Pam Barrett of Lathrop, CA, Carla 
Hawkins of Tracy, CA, and Melinda Busa of San Jose, CA; two brothers, 
Sidney E. Smith and Stanley Smith, both of Rose Hill; one sister, Dora 
Ellen Strickland of Mt. Olive; seven grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 24, 1996, at Rose Hill 
Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 23, 1996, from 7 until 9 p.m. at the 
Community Funeral Home of Rose Hill.
Family and friends will be received at other times at the home of Stanley 
Smith, 715 Sheffield Road, Rose Hill.
