Obituary of Carson Fisher Rouse ~ 1969

Rose Hill - Carson Fisher Rouse, 72, of Rt. 2, Rose Hill, died suddenly 
Sunday night.
He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War I. He was a member of 
the Wallace American Legion Post and a member of the Charity Methodist 
Church.
Funeral services were Tuesday at 3 p. m. at Charity Methodist Church by 
the Rev. Raymond Hall assisted by the Rev. David Conert. 
Burial followed in Clay Hill Cemetery.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nita Anderson Rouse; one daughter, Mrs. M. 
Doris Lanier of Wilmington; two sons, Jimmy Rouse of Rose Hill and Gilbert 
C. Rouse of Wauchula Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Florence Carter of Wallace and 
seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Chester Rouse, Boyce Fussell, Holmes Murphy, Dwayne 
Hanchey, Gerald Hanchey and Bobby Cavenaugh.
