Obituary of Albert Summerlin ~ 1980

Pink Hill -- Albert Summerlin, 68, of Pink Hill died Saturday. 
Services will be held at 2 p. m. Monday from the Chapel of Garner's 
Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Cemetery. The Rev. Zeb. 
Zimmerlin of Mt. Olive will officiate. 
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Donie K. Summerlin of the home; one 
daughter, Mrs. Betty Lou Williams of Mt. Olive; one son, Albert David 
Summerlin of Kinston Rt. 9; four sisters, Mrs. Donie Whitfield, Mrs. 
Letha Summerlin and Mrs. Penny Southerland, all of Mt. Olive, and Mrs. 
Kathleen Carter of Calypso; two brothers, Robert Summerlin of Temple, 
Okla. and Randolph Summerlin of Mt. Olive; and seven grandchildren. 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. 
Sunday.
