Obituary of Adrian Halsa Wallace ~ 1976

Rose Hill - Adron Halsa Wallace, age 71, died Friday night in Duplin 
General Hospital in Kenansville. Funeral services will be held Sunday 
at 3 p.m. from the Edgerton Funeral Chapel in Wallace. conducted by 
Rev. Bobby Phillios and Rev. David Gordin. 
Burial will follow in the Wallace Family Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lela Blanton of Wallace; two daughters, 
Mrs. Eleanor Brinkley of Chinquapin and Mrs. Betty Sue Cavenaugh of 
Jacksonville; three sons, Rev. J.C. Wallace of Wilmington, Frink Wallace 
of Albertson and Dulan Wallace of Rose Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Howard 
Cottle and Mrs. W. N. (Bill) Rouse , both of Rose Hill; 14 grandchildren 
and one greatgrandchild.
A native of Duplin County, Mr. Wallace was the son of the late Joseph 
Graham and Charity Cavenaugh of Wallace. He was a retired farmer and a 
member of the Babson Chapel Baptist Church.
Casketbearers will be R.B. Wallace, James Howard Cottle, Earl Barrow, 
Kenneth Smith, Marvin Price and Clifton Wallace.
