Zachariah Gurganus three hundred acres of land in Duplin COunty on the North Side of 
Cypress Creek.  Begining at a white oak in a bent of said creek at the edge of the swamp 
at the lower end of Mossey Neck.  Thence North 110 poles to a small pine.  Thence East 
310 poles to a pine near a pond.  Thence South 155 poles.  Thence West 310 poles.  
Thence North 45 poles to the first station.
