Willis Cherry four hundred & fifty six acres of land in Duplin County on the North
side of Goshen Swamp and on the White Oak Swamp. Begining at a lightwood
stump by the White Oak Pocoson on Baker Bowdens line and runs with his line
So. 268 poles to a stake his corner. Thence with his other line Et. 64 pole to a
pine his other corner. Thence with his other line No. 45 Et. 80 poles to a stake
on Bizzels line Thence with his line So. 22 Et. 40 poles to a white oak in the
branch. Thence So. 29 Wt. 82 poles to a pine & red oak on his own line.
Thence with his line So. 79 Wt. 162 poles to a shite oak Bennitts corner.
Thence with his line So. 53 Wt. 298 poles to a black jack on Wiggonses line,
thence with his line No. 348 poles to a pine his corner on William Underhills
line, thence with his line Et. 98 poles to a pine his corner. Thence No. 250
poles to a stake thence to the begining.
