Wimberk Boney one hundred acres of land in Duplin County West side of the No. Et. 
River. No. side of Rockfish Creek and joining his Plantation on Little Rockfish or 
Cummins's Creek.  Begining at a pine on his back line about forty yards from the corner.  
Thence So. 60 Wt. 100 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 30 Et. 180 poles to a pine.  Thence 
No. 60 Et. 100 poles to a pine on or near his line.  Thence to the begining.
