Wimbert Boney two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the 
dreans of Little Rockfish (called by some) Cummins's Creek.  
Begining at a pine Daniel Boneys uppermst and most westerly corner.  
Thence runing along his line to his corner and past So. 83 Et. 196 poles 
to a pine.  Thence No. 7 Et. 190 poles to a lightwood stump by the side 
of a pocoson.  Thence along by the pocoson by various courses until a 
course of South Seven West Strikes the begining.  Thence to the first 
station.
