Begining at a black oak John Cooks corner on the North Side of the Creek thence South 30 East 140 poles to a pine said Boneys corner. Thence as hi line North 127 poles crossing the creek to a stake his corner thence as his other line East 127 poles to a stake his corner. Thence crossing the creek South 127 to a pine his corner. Thence So. 60 East 60 poles to a stake his corner of another survey thence as that line North 15. East crossing the creek 200 poles to a gum his corner. Thence as his other line South 85 East 120 poles to a pine his corner thence So. 15 West 30 poles to a stake. Thence South 85 East 20 pole to a stake. Thence North 15 East 154 poles to stake thence West 450 poles to John Cooks line thence as his line to the begining. Begining at a birch on the bank of the creek on the North Side thence No. 25 East 60 poles to a pine. Thence North 65 West 128 poles to a water oak thence as his old line South 5 West 23 poles to a old lightwood tree thence North 87 West 22 pole to a stake. Thence crossing the creek So. 15 West 120 poles to a white oak sapling thence South 65 East 104 poles to a pine. Thence along Barleys line North 15 West 26 poles to a pine his other line North 65 East 60 poles to a pine by the swamp. Thence up the swamp to the begining. Dated the Tenth day of November 1784 __________________________________________________________________ Deed Book B Page 55 Wimbert Boney seventy acres of land in Duplin County on Little Rockfish. Begining at a pine his own lower corner on the South Edge the said swamp. Thence south one hundred west one hundred poles to Mr. Blakes line thence as the same East one hundred and twenty seven poles to a maple north edge of the swamp. Thence up the north side the said swamp to a point sixty poles East of the begining. Thence West 60 poles to the first station. Dated the Tenth day of November 1784
