William New one hundred and fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the North Side of 
Rockfish Creek.  Begining at a Hickory and pine on the edge of Rockfish.  Thence No. 
67 Et. 14 poles to a pine on Thomas Blakes line.  Thence as or near the same No. 30. 
Wt. to his corner and past 182 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 60 Wt. 170 pole to a pine 
on the edge of the creek.  Thence down the various courses thereof to the begining.
