No. 1303

Granted to William Southerland eighteen acres of land in Duplin County Et. of the North East
and on both sides the Maple branch.  Begining at a pine North side the branch his own corner
his own corner of land patened by John Brock.  Thence James Gilespies line South 172 poles to 
a dead pine Gillespies corner by the road.  Then William Farriors line No. 65 Et. 32 poles to 
a poste his corner.  Thence No. 4 Wt. 32 poles to a pine his own corner.  Thence his lin to
the begining.
