No. 1327

Granted to William Farrior Eighty acres of land in Duplin County Et. side the North East River.
Begining at a Holly Horn beam and an old Cypress on the River bank supposed to be Brocks line.  
Thence on ar near Brocks line No. 20 Wt. 80 poles to a pine Brocks corner.  Thence James 
Gillespies line North 5 Wt. 105 poles to a bunch of gum saplings on another line his corner.  
Thence along the said William Farriors about or nearly So. 70 Wt. 140 poles to the River.  
Thence down the river as it meanders to the first station.
