Granted to William Buk a plantation Containing One hundred & Fifty Acres
of Land in Duplin County on the North side of, and in Goshen Swamp_ at
mouth of Panther_ Begining at an Ash and Maple William Dicksons upper
corner on the main run And runs to and along Bradleys line N. 10 E. 98
pole to a redoak his corner. Thence S. 80 E. 20 pole to a pine Thence with
William Gulleys Line N. 50 W. 40 poles to a small pine. Thence N. 10
W.36 pole to a black gum Saplin_ Thence N. 60 E. 34 pole to a pine.
Thence N. 38. W. 45 pole to a black gum Saplin. Thence W. 20 pole to a
pine in the side of Goshen Swamp_ Thence with Norreses line S. 36. W.
54 pole to a Maple his corner. Thence with Gulleys line up The Swamp N.
20. W. 230 pole to a Stake in the main run of Goshen. Thence up the run
50. Pole to a black gum at the mouth of the long branch the lower corner of
Hursts land. Thence down the Swamp along McCanns line 174 pole to a
black Gum and ash & Maple his lower Corner_ Thence down the Swamp
with George Frazers line S. 24. E. 96 pole to a black gum his corner on the
run at the mouth of Panther_ Thence down the run as it meanders Henry
Faisons Boundary to the beging.
