Granted to William Albertson on hundred and fifteen acres of land in Duplin County joining
Jesse Pipkins's Isaac Hines's & his own lines and William Whitfields line on Cabbin branch
and Buck Swamp.  Begining at a pine on the side of Buck Swamp Hines's and Pipkins's corner
and runs with hines's line No. 4 Wt. 87 poles to a gum in buck Swamp on his own line.  Thence
with his own lines So. 55 Wt. 150 poles to a pine on the run of Cabbin branch.  Thence No. 35
Wt. 170 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 55 Wt. 41 poles to a bay  Thence No. 35 Wt. 142 poles 
to a pine his own corner.  Thence So. 52 Wt. 150 poles to a pine on Whitfields line.  Thence
Et. 174 pole to a Maple on the Run of Cabbin branch.  Thence down the run to the begining.
