William Hunter fifty acres of land in Duplin County West side the No. East River 
including Persimmon Swamp.  Begining at a white oak his own lower corner So. 
side the swamp.  Thence as his own line So. 55 Wt. 70 poles to a pine Lockharts 
corner patened by John Rutherfurd thence down the swamp as said line No. 67 
Et. 180 poles to a black jack.  Thence crossing the said swamp No. 23 Wt. 64 
poles to a stake thence up the No. side So. 67 Wt. 116 poles to a stake thence 
to the begining.
