William Hunter one hundred acres of land in Duplin County West 
side the No. East River and South side of Persimmon Swamp.  
Begining at a black gum & bay tree on the run of Persimmon Swamp, 
Robert Dicksons corner.  Thence as said Dicksons line So. 65 Wt. 80 
poles to a black jack & white oak his corner.  Then the other line So. 45 
Wt. 70 pole to a black jack his corner.  Thence So. 60 Et. 130 poles to a 
large pine then No. 25 Et. 82 pole to a red oak his corner of another survey 
thence as that line No. 55 Et. 70 poles to the run of the Swamp & up the 
same as it meanders to the begining.
