Wiliam Frederick forty acres of land in Duplin County on the No. side of 
Persimmon Swamp.  Begining at a pine on James Evans's line.  Thence 
as the same No. 63 Wt. 44 pole to a stake his corner thence as his other 
line So. 27 Wt. 30 poles to a black gum in Persimmon Swamp thence up 
the branch Joseph Dicksons line No. 70 Wt. 52 pole to a black gum.  
Thence No. 4 Et. 49 po. to a pine on said Fredericks line.  Thence his line 
No. 85 Et. 50 poles to a pine his corner.  Thence So. 21 Et. 6 pole to a 
stake William McGowans corner thence his line Ho. 85 Et. 56 poles to a 
pine thence So. 30 Et. 40 po. to a stake.  Thence to the begining.
