William Boyet one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the Dreans of 
Nahunga Swamp above the plantation.  Begining at a pine on a pond his own.  
Thence as said line about No. 12 Et. 90 poles to a pine by a branch.  
Thence along Stephen Powels line No. 75 Wt. 180 poles to a pine by a pond 
thence So. 15 Wt. 90 poles to a pine by a pond.  Thence straight to the 
begining. 

Dated the Tenth day of November 1784
