William Allen one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on th So. side of 
Maxwell Swamp between the lines of James Carr and John Boney.  Begining 
at a water oak and loblolley bay in the swamp edge thence So. 100 poles to 
a pine thence East 160 poles to a black jack thence No. 100 poles thence 
West to the begining.

Dated the Tenth day of November 1784
