Walter Bryan on Hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the west side of the No. Et. Branch 
of the Cape Fear River and on both sides of the Mill branch Begining at a pine on the Back of the 
River McKees Corner thence up the River No. 37. Et. 170 poles a large white oak at the mouth of 
the Mill branch thence No. 53. Wt. 66 poles a cypress in the Mill branch his corner thence as his 
line So. 61. Wt. 16 pole to and has his corner a pine near the begining.
