Deed: Thomas Roberts to Robert Butler, Jr. 50 pounds for 100 acres 
“On the west side of Great Coheary upon the Beaver Dam Swamp.” Tract was “part of a 
Patent Granted to John Rows and conveyed by Deed from the said John Rows to Michael 
Taylor and Conveyed from Michael Taylor to Robert Allen and Conveyed by Deed to the 
said Thomas Roberts.” 

Wit.  Robert Butler, Sr., Jermiah Teir (TEW?), and Charles Butler.
