Stephen Miller two hundred acres of land in Duplin County in the fork of Goshen and
the No. East. Begining at a cypress water oak & gum on the North edge of the Main
Roak on a line of a survey patened by Edward Houston. Thence along the Main Road
with William Kornegays line No. 16 Et. 20 poles thence North 30 Et. 20 poles. Thence
Nort 20 Et. 20 poles. Thence North 30 Et. 75 poles to a cypress No. edge (continued on
page 175) of the road Kornegays corner along an old line said to be James Herrings line
formerly patened by a certain Samuel Ratliff Nort 69 Wt. 290 poles to a red oak. Thence
South 45 Wt. 100 poles to a stake in Goshen Swamp. Thence joining to the lines of a
survey patened by John Greer and Edward Houston to the place of begining.
