side of the N.East River above the Mouth of Island Creek _ Begining at a pine on 
the river Swamp in James Murrays line, Thence said line to the corner and past N.
40.W.176.pole to a pine, Thence South 70.W.80.pole to a white Oak. Thence as 
Caveners own line S.20.E.180.poleto a Wateroak on the river bank _ Thence up the 
river as it meanders Until a point N.40.W. Strikes the Begining _ Thence to the first 
Station Dated the Eleventh day of July in the XIIIth year of our independence and in 
the Year of our Lord 1788
