No. 1266

Granted to Shadrach Stallings forty acres of land in Duplin County on the Wt. side of Bowens 
Beaverdam.  Begining at a pine on the Wt. Edge fo the run of the creek on William Murpheys 
line.  Thence his line from said begining which is at the old ford or old road So. 150 poles 
to William Murpheys line of 300 acres.  Thence that line East 74 poles to a gum on the creek.  
Thence up the creek as it meanders to the first station.
