Samuel Rogers To Randall Rogers
Bill of Sale
Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Rogers of Duplin County and State of North
Carolina have bargained and sold unto Randall Rogers of the above said County and State
all my lands and possessions and buildings also one negroe man named Tim also all my
cattle and hogs tow head of horses and all my house hold furniture of all kinds and all
my Rites credits of all kinds with all my Lawfull Rights titles and claims of all manners
and sortes whatsoever for the in consideration of hundred and seventy five pounds to me
in hand paid for which payment I acknowledged my self fully satisfired and contented and
do by these presents empower the said Randall Rogers to possess all my the above mentioned
Lands negroe man horses cattle and hogs in peaceable and quit possession sealed signed and
delivered this Eighteenth day of October one thousand seven hundred and ninety in presents
of us.
