(Transcribed by Joan S Dunn) Deed Book B Page 212 & 213 No. 1397 Granted to Samuel Alberson one hundred and ninety three acres of land in Duplin County on the Et. side of the North East river and on the South side of the Great branch. Joining his own lines and William Albersons, James Bowens's, & William Roberts lines. Begining at a small pine on his own line and runs South 86 poes to a stake on his own line. Thence with his own line Et. 100 poles to a white oak. Thence South 80 poles to a red oak on William Albersons line. Thence No. 83 Et. 143 poles to a stake. Thence So. 46 poles to a stake. Thence Et. 36 to a pine on Bowens line. Thence with his line No. 184 poles to a pine on Roberts's line. Thence with his line South 40 Wt. 106 poles to a gum in a meadow. Thence No. 50 Wt. 202 poles to a red oak on his own line. Thence with his line to the begining. Dated the 27th day of November 1792 Alex. Martin James Dickson, reg.
