Samuel Tanner sixty acres of land in Duplin County joining Isaac 
Hines's Jesse Pipkins's and Richard Roberts's lines.  Begining at a 
pine on Hines's line by a pond and runs with his line No. 22 Et. 160 
poles to a pine.  Thence So. 68 Et. 60 poles to a pine on Jesse 
Pipkins line thence with his line So. 22 Wt. 160 pole to a pine on 
Roberts line.  Thence to the begining.
