Samuel Jones Junr. two hundred acres of land in Duplin County including his 
improvements on the No. Wt. Side of Panther Swamp.  Begining at a pine on 
Geo. Smiths line east side of a small branch.  Thence No. 160 poles to a stake 
in the edge of a marsh the head of the Mill Swamp.  Thence East 200 poles to a 
pine at Blare pond thence So. 160 poles to a pine.  Thence to and with Geo. 
Smithes line to the begining.

Dated the Tenth day of November 1784
