Samson Grimes forty acres of land in Duplin County on the North side of Goshen Swamp.  
Begining at a pine the East edge of a branch his own corner of a tract of land formerly 
patented by John Winders.  Thence said line North 10 Et. 138 poles to a stak on Michael 
Sulivens line.  Thence that line South 44 Wt. 152 poles to a stake.  Thence said Grimes;s 
own old line So. 75 Et. to the begining.
Dated the 20th of December 1791
