Robert Dickson two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the So. side of Maxwell 
swamp.  Begining at a pine the second corner of two hundred acres patened by Henry 
Gillman (now Chaisins corner).  Thence that line South 65 Wt. 200 poles to a pine.  
Thence that line South 65 Wt. 200 poles to a pine.  Thence John Boneys line Formerly 
Gillmans South 40 poles to a stake in a Meadow.  Thence boneys other line South 65 
Wt. 140 poles to a pine.  Thence South 140 poles to a stake.  Thence North 65 Et. 424 
poles to a stake.  Thence to the begining.
