Phill Southerland Fifty acres of land in Duplin County on the East side of the No. 
East and So. side of Limestone Swamp.  Begining at a pine Robt. Twilleys upper 
corner and runs South 15 Et. 170 pole to a pine Twilleys other corner.  Thence 
Soutn 4 Wt. 36 poles to a pine Twilleys other corner.  Thence North 4 Wt. 40 
poles John Southerlands corner a pine.   Thence with his line North 45 Et. 80 
poles to a pine his other corner.  Thence with his other line No. 26 Wt. 80 poles 
to a pine John Southerlands other corner.  Thence (continued on page 177)  to 
the begining.
