Peter Young seventy five acres of land in Duplin County the North 
side of Rockfish Creek.  Begining at a persimmon tree on the bank 
of Rockfish creek the first station of the land he lives on.  Thence up 
the open line thereof about North 16 Wt. 230 poles to a Hickory on 
James Wrights line, thence his line Wt. 60 poles to a water oak & 
gum his corner on the bank of Rockfish creek thence down the creek 
as it meanders to the first station.
